Ingredients:
1 package of jiffy corn bread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Beat eggs. Melt butter. Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes if not firm in center, cook for an additional 10-20 minutes.
I add 3/4 cup coconut and 1 large jalapeno as well.
