Misty Meadows Farm is a 28-acre family farm owned by Ralph and Kathy Packard. Our children and grandchildren help us farm 12 of the 28 acres, where we plant many different vegetables. The 2009 growing season will be our 10th year operating Misty Meadows Farm CSA.

Our Spring option will be starting sometime in May 2009 with greens and other items and go into late spring crops such as broccoli, squash, green beans, early tomatoes, etc. There will be 11 weeks of delivery from start date.

Our Fall option will be starting mid August through end of October (11 weeks) with summer crops such as tomatoes, melons, squash, beans and go into later fall crops such as winter squash, pumpkins, broccoli, cabbage, etc.

Free-range eggs may be purchased each distribution day at a reduced price for CSA members, while supplies last. Also, we will be offering Misty Meadows Farm free-range pork, beef, chicken, turkey (for Thanksgiving) throughout the season at an additional cost. All meats and poultry are antibiotic, hormone, and MSG free.
